Welcome to The Forum for Regional Thinking. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of The Forum for Regional Thinking’s Website.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Zichron Yaacov. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

This policy has been updated in accordance with the amended provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 (especially Amendment No. 13, which came into effect in August 2025).

d. Sending invitations to participate in new projects.

e. Inviting you to participate in events that we organize.

f. Running public relations campaigns (non-commercial) through social media.

g. Referring your contact details (not via the internet) for inquiries related to organizing conferences at the Van Leer complex (for a fee).

Data Subject Rights

a. You have the right at any time to request access to your personal data stored on our systems, either personally or through an authorized representative. This right is subject to legal limitations.

b. If your personal data is stored on the systems of a third party, we will direct you to them to process your request and instruct them to comply with applicable laws.

c. You may request that we correct incomplete or inaccurate data about you or delete it from the databases where it is stored. This will be done in accordance with legal requirements. If the law allows or requires us to refuse, we will notify you accordingly.

d. If you believe our response to your request does not comply with legal requirements, you retain the right to take appropriate legal action.
